"Mining Face-to-Face Interaction Networks Using Sociometric Badges: Predicting Productivity in an IT Configuration Task," was written by Lynn Wu, Benjamin Waber, Sinan Aral, Erik Brynjolffson, and Alex (Sandy) Pentland, and is based on research conducted under the auspices of the Center for Future Banking.
