Erik Ross is Executive-in-Residence for Bank of America at the Center for Future Banking, specializing in financial well being, behavioral economics, and networked economies. In his current role with Card Services at Bank of America, Erik is leading the innovation and data mining efforts focused on breakthrough business models and behavioral research. Prior to his current roles, he was a senior technology manager for Enterprise Information and Analytics, in which he led the creation and development of the bank’s first Enterprise 2.0 platform to facilitate collaboration among the company’s extensive quantitative analyst community.

Prior to joining the bank in 2006, Erik worked for several SaaS start-up companies servicing Fortune 100 and Global Fortune 100 clients. In his last role he was the Client Services Executive leading Consulting, Analytics, Education, and the Customer Service teams with over 2,000 customers in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe.

Erik earned a BSBA from Bloomsburg University with a minor in Philosophy and an MBA from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University. He resides in Charlotte with his wife and three children.
