Srini Nallasivan is a research affiliate at the Center for Future Banking, with responsibility for operations between the Center and Bank of America.
At BAC, he most recently led Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technology strategy for Investment Banking Technology. In this role, he was responsible for formulating his group's SDLC strategy—a strategy that represented a significant change in the way that processes and tools will be used across the Bank's business technology groups. Previously, he supported online banking as a Delivery Manager, focusing on prioritization and sequencing project portfolios for e-commerce. He joined the bank in 2005 to support its Six Sigma Process Excellence work, focused on global anti-money laundering.
Before joining Bank of America, Nallasivan worked in various capacities in networking space for a partner organization of Cisco Systems, and for a subsidiary of Bank of New York Mellon. He has an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University in India, a master's degree in network management from Syracuse University, and a master's in engineering and management from MIT's School of Engineering and Sloan School of Management. He is a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), and a Certified Wireless Engineer (CWNA). He is also a graduate of Frontline and Midline leadership colleges programs at Bank of America.
